To download guests full menu choices you need to click 'view my event details' on your dashboard. Then click to view/edit the event that the menu is attached to. You will then see a full event overview with the option to download guests choices.

If you have only asked guests to submit dietary requirements these can be downloaded in bulk on the Guest List & dietaries download at the bottom of your guestlist page.
